SLO Food Bank, also known as the Food Bank Coalition of San Luis Obispo County, is a 501(c)3 tax-exempt organization and your donation is tax-deductible within the guidelines of U.S. law; EIN # 77-0210727. To claim a donation as a deduction on your U.S. taxes, please keep your receipt. Your receipt will be delivered to you in your preferred method. For online donations, you will receive an automated confirmation of your gift and your formal receipt will be sent to you within two weeks. During busier giving seasons, please expect a longer turnaround time for receipts.
Yes, please place your contribution in an envelope addressed to SLO Food Bank, 1180 Kendall Road, San Luis Obispo, CA 93401. If donating by check, please make check payable to “SLO Food Bank”.
