Fund & Food Drives
Host a Fund or Food Drive for the SLO Food Bank!
What’s the difference between a fund drive and a food drive?
- A fund drive raises monetary donations for our work. This is the most effective support you can offer because we’re able to purchase in bulk nutritious items that most positively impact our clients, and it eliminates the need to sort through piles of donations to remove expired and damaged products.
- A food drive means collecting in-kind donations. We also gladly accept these donations, but ask that you review our guidelines for giving food.
Thank you for considering organizing and hosting a fund or food drive on behalf of the Food Bank Coalition! Start by emailing our Director of Operations Tim Parker or calling (805) 238-4664 for more information.
