In Memory of Will Moreland

It is with heavy hearts that we come together to share the news of the passing of our beloved colleague and friend, Will Moreland, on December 30, 2019. Will was more than just a USDA Warehouse Clerk; he was a dedicated member of our team, leaving an indelible mark on the Food Bank and the community it serves.

During his tenure, Will held the distinction of being the longest-serving staff member, and he did not merely fulfill his job duties; he went above and beyond to make a lasting impact. Beyond his professional prowess, he was admired for his authentic and engaging personality, making him a memorable character amongst us. Whether discussing work-related matters or sharing life stories, Will’s words carried credibility and a genuine connection that resonated with everyone he encountered.

What truly set Will apart was his unwavering commitment to serving the community in need.
